In the late 1970’s the country of Nicaragua was devastated by a civil war. Because of this war, many families were forced to leave Nicaragua. Some of us were fortunate to end up in the United States, a county of many opportunities. Those of us who have been able to embrace these opportunities, have come together and decided to reach out and assist those who are living in Nicaragua and are still in need of some of life’s basic necessities.

We have come together and formed Nicaribbean Charities (NICC). This summer we will be traveling to Rama Cay, Nicaragua where we will be assisting the Rama people. This blog will keep you informed of our progress and future projects!
